Crime on transport networks

British Transport Police (BTP) is participating in the True Vision scheme. BTP are responsible for policing the railways across the country. They also police the London Underground system, Docklands Light Railway, the Midland Metro tram system, and the Croydon Tramlink. If an incident happened on any of these transport systems, you can report it directly to the BTP.

The BTP have arrangements with all other UK police forces so that information on crimes that are the responsibility of the BTP are passed on as appropriate. If you are using this form to report a hate crime that happened on a transport network, please choose the county/police area where the crime happened and that police force will contact the BTP on your behalf.
